One of the places that I have had the opportunity of discovering in the past and to which I return with the same enthusiasm every time is the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, bathed by the waters of the English Channel, where we can closely observe the bustle of local fishermen's lives according to the variation of the tides that gave way, centuries ago, to a traditional and centennial low tide fishing method.
