Three Ways of Travelling

ROAD TRIP — England

Work-in-Progress

Garry Winogrand, for example, […] found that within the rectangle of this viewfinder, he could freeze vignettes of life as he saw it or, rather, as his camera saw it. It might sound like Cartier-Bresson, but in truth, his aims were very different:
I photograph to find out what the world looks like in a photograph.”

There’s so much out there waiting to be discovered.
Whether it’s new places, ideas, or experiences, the possibilities are
endless.
What do we plan to explore in these episodes?

After an enchanting journey through the culture, history, and landscapes of France, we'll head to England via the Channel Tunnel. This impressive 38-kilometre underwater passage, stretching beneath the waters of the English Channel, connects the city of Calais with the historic town of Dover, setting the stage for our next adventure.
England and Wales are captivating regions that never cease to enchant us. We've had the pleasure of exploring some of their iconic landmarks and picturesque landscapes, and each visit has left us with unforgettable memories. Now, with more time on our hands, we're excited about the opportunity to discover hidden gems and venture into new territories. We can't wait to revisit the charming villages nestled in the Cotswolds, where we had the most delightful afternoon tea, or the rugged coast of Pembrokeshire, where we were mesmerised by the crashing waves. We're also looking forward to exploring areas closer to Scotland, such as the Lake District or Hadrian's Wall, which allows us to fully appreciate the diverse beauty and heritage these regions have to offer. From south to north, mainly along the coast, we'll still have the opportunity to detour to visit other cities, such as London, Oxford, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, and many others, each with its own unique charm and history.
