This lighthouse was photographed during a brief trip to “Isola dell'Amore”, situated along the Po River in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region.
Lighthouses are a charming component of a new series titled “Spirit of Water.” We look forward to adding images to this project soon. In this collection, we highlight a lighthouse that once stood in Figueira da Foz, but sadly, it no longer exists. Lighthouses are not only navigational structures, but also a symbol of hope and safety for countless sailors who braved the oceans.
