Elgol, located on the Isle of Skye, is one of our favorite places. Its beauty is difficult to describe in words. The photograph attempts to capture the magnificence of the Cuillin Mountains, which rise abruptly above the vibrant blue waters of Loch Scavaig. The composition highlights golden-hued rocks, while a dramatic, undulating cloud formation dominates the sky, reflecting the wild spirit of the Scottish Highlands. From the stunning coastline to the majestic peaks, the Isle of Skye is truly an ideal destination for photography, and it's a place we are preparing to visit again.
